We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return your jewelry purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable). Any signs of wear, alterations, or damage will void the return.
Custom and Personalized Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Return Process
Initiate Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a defect or incorrect order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
